« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen, large dining room table, living room and TV area were great spaces to enjoy in the morning or to relax after a busy day. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We would enjoy staying here in the future. »

« First and foremost, this was a great spot for a Gonzaga weekend. Not too far away - about 7-8 minutes from campus - and plenty of stores and amenities nearby. The area was also walkable and it was a decent neighborhood. The bedrooms were all neat and tidy, and the kitchen was well stocked. Having a little arcade room was great for our 10-year old nephew. « We had a wonderful stay at the tiny house on the Little Spokane River. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, a perfect retreat. Rick was very helpful upon check-in, taking the time to show us how everything in the home worked and sharing great information about the area. My only regret is not having more time to simply enjoy the tranquility of the house and its beautiful surroundings. I would definitely recommend this spot and look forward to coming back. »

« We were amazed at how much was available for us. There wasn't anything we needed to get for our stay. We had a wind event during our stay and glad to have the carport to protect the car from the pine cones. Will rent again the next visit. »

« I would give this property 10 stars. Communication with owner was excellent. The property was located right in downtown Spokane and was easy to get around. It smelled brand new when I arrived. Very clean and well maintained. So many small details made our stay fabulous. The beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend this property. I will book here again when I return to Spokane. »

« This is a darling home well accommodated for guests. It is well stocked with linens, nice shower and really comfortable beds. It has a generous living room area with very good seating, and a nice cozy reading nook off the living area. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary cooking items and alot of good spices available. The outdoor sitting area is wonderful, private, and the neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. This is a really nice rental property. »

« The house fit our needs for a home base . The little ones did really enjoy the back yard it was a safe place to play. The kitchen remodel was very nice the stove was really nice. Our only complaint was the wifi it was not guest useable, we had a couple of people who had to go find wifi for things to handle at their jobs. The location is great »

« Wonderful holiday stay for my family of five for a whole week. The house was pristine, the beds were comfortable, the upgraded bathrooms were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans for family style cooking. The check in instructions were clear and we appreciated that light switches and drawer/cabinets were marked for easy access. Within a day, we had settled in and enjoyed relaxing together as a family in front of the fire place. »
