« The bed was good, slept well, the toilet worked, hot water was hot, morning shower was good. I was able to park at my door. »

« This is our third time staying here and the room is always extremely clean. That is one of the main reasons we stay here. Also, we always have had a ground floor room which is very convenient. »

« Room was very clean. Rooms and hallways looked newly painted. Desk (night and morning) we’re very friendly! »

« Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! »

« You won’t find a better property in chimney rock. They did a great job with the updates to the grounds and the rooms. The “backyard” is amazing. The only negative to come by is the $50 charge to check in early. $50 for a couple hours? If the room is ready, let the guests in! I know it’s policy and I get it. Lots of hotels try it, just pet peeve of mine when traveling. Again though, just an amazing spot! »

« To be so close to the holidays and having to work out of town it was a cheap and reasonable place to stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Will definitely give another try. »
