« Great location, close to everything you need! Check-in was super smooth with friendly staff. The room was very clean, even smelled like cleaning product. Kitchen appliances and dishes were clean. Everything was fine from start to finish with this suite. The one complaint is the thin walls: we heard every time the neighbors would come and go, what they talked about, what show they were watching... Would not have been a problem except they came in and out between 2-4 AM for three nights in a...

« The facility is beautiful, but there is no visibility of staff. We had several mechanical issues with dishwasher, washing machine and the Internet. We were able to resolve the Internet issue. But the dishwasher was never fixed during the four nights we stayed and our clothes. Locked in the washer. We could not get anyone to come and fix so we had to leave our items there. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard back from anyone to retrieve my belongings. »
