« My experience here was horrible. The walls were super dirty and there were holes in the walls in almost every room. I saw a mouse in the kitchen. I paid the fee for wifi and contacted the host, I got no response and never received wifi all 5 days I was there. We ran out of toilet paper almost immediately and there were no extra rolls anywhere leading us to going out and purchasing our own. The other tenants in the building were super loud late at night. Price was cheap but i recommend just...

« The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints. »

« This was a spacious and bright place. Modern marble bathroom, minimal kitchen. Middle of a solid neighborhood block. Didn't hear a peep of noise during our stay. One side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the other on Friday (and maybe another, wasn't applicable so I don't recall). So parking while we went into the city was safe and easy, which was a big concern. No resident permit needed and the spaces seem to clear out when people go to work. No sketchiness outside...

« Excellent on all aspects. Close to airport less than 10 mins drive; very clean, almost new and modern amenities and accessories. Fast, professional support and prompt response. Our family enjoyed the stay and will highly recommend this place. We were in Newark for 4 nights to watch FIFA. Our family truly appreciated the comfortable stay and hospitality. »

« Clean and neat apartment close to many restaurants and shops. Chris was kind and responded to my questions through messages. Towels were provided, all the supplies needed in the house were provided by Chris. We loved the stay and will definitely come back. « Perfect spot! Safe, fun, clean and a pefect rest after a day or two in the city. If you have dogs I recommend The Roxy, but my favorite for dogs in toe is the SoHo grand. I love the »
