« Queen bed with 1 pillow, 1 sheet, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth. No mattress pad, no cups, no ice bucket, no fresh towels or trash pickup/room refresh after 5 nights. Our 1st room had a broken refrigerator with mold in it. The remote for the TV didn’t work. No elevator to get to 3rd floor rooms. Breakfast included coffee and powdered creamer, toast, toaster waffles, OJ, 2 kinds of boxed cereal. No eggs, no pastries, no fruit, no yogurt. Carpet dirty and was not vacuumed during our 5-day stay....

« I had to change room 3 times, to get a good room. First room AC wasn't working Second room the AC worked but the fan maked an horrible anoying noise. Third the AC didn't cool down at all. There is clearly a lack of maintenance in this hôtel. »

« We were welcomed by a nice person and the check in was smooth. Other than that... not much compliment to add. Noisy, weird people wandering around, loud AC so impossible to keep it running, old everything (except for the refrigerator). Considering the price we paid, this is appalling. will never stay there again »

« Always enjoy staying here. Always parking. Easy to walk to our favorite breakfast spot - Mornjng Glory. Rooms are clean. It is quiet. Not walking distance to downtown but right next to campus. »

« When we checked in at 4pm they didn't know if our room was ready. Once we walked it the bedframe was full of dust and there was a live bug crawling on the wall. Stuff was helpful, but cleanliness is something they need to work on. »

« Very close to Mount Shasta that you can see from the garden on a clear day. Check in was very nice since we got an upgrade. Room is nice & clean and bed is comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good »

« I had a terrifying experience at this place! It all started when the MAN who cleaned the rooms knocked on my door first thing in the morning asking if I wanted housekeeping service. There was no sign indicating that I needed cleaning service, so he should not have been knocking on the door of a woman staying ALONE. On the last day, he knocked on my door between 8 and 9 a.m. asking if I was checking out, even though check-out was only at 11 a.m. Why the hell was he doing that? I opened the door...

« Hotel moyen moins ! Juste bon pour une nuit de passage sur la route de Crater Lake et encore, en arrivant tard …. Grand parking mais petit dejeuner qui se resume a un bol de céréales…..autant dire le petit dej est inexistant. Par contre le prix est correct. »
