« Wonderful location with shopping close by; easy access to all major roads; comfortable beds and well furnished kitchen. We ( 2 older women) felt comfortable and safe our entire visit. We really enjoyed the hot tub and backyard too. »

« Perfect place to stay on our trip to Nevada City! The space is exactly as described. The birds outside were the cutest neighbors! There are apples and wild blackberries on the property, too. In the morning, you may hear people walking around upstairs. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. It was a short walk to town. Be sure to check out the Saturday Farmer's Market if you can! Would definitely consider staying here again. »

« The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay! »

« The property was absulutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated! The pictures don't do it justice!There were so many nice ammenities you usually don't see in a Verbo property. The coffee/tea bar was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, storage bags and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal! Plus a large grill on the deck!The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, lotions and other nice little touches.Ginger and Terry were the ultimate hosts! They went out of their way...

« Great location along 8th fairway. The mountainous area was beautiful. Owners were very friendly and responsive from initial inquiries to final goodbye text messages.Best way to say we enjoyed ourselfs - We will re-book again! »

« A lovely older home with lots of fun flourishes that made it a real treat. We felt it was a good neighborhood and overall a nice stay. There were some creaks and doors that would not fully close as you would expect in an older home. »

« Awesome property - beautiful views from the deck and we really enjoyed the amenities around the house. Hosts were generous with providing supplies to get started, like cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint is the lock on the front door wasn't working, and the key provided did not open any of the other doors. This made getting in/out of the house tricky. The management company did call me to notify me of this ahead of time. »

« Comfortable beds, well stocked for all the random things that one might need. Plenty of room for little ones to run around and fenced yard if you have a pet. Access was easy and was able to communicate with the owner and get quick responses. Would definitely stay again! »

« I spent 5 nights here with my family and we all enjoyed the cabin, as well as the neighborhood and larger area. When we arrived, the house was clean and both living rooms offered us ample gathering space to talk and have a nice time.
