« The cottage was nicely furnished, but was not cleaned very well. It had everything you could need. We got snow and that was great to see. Beds were comfy and fireplace was great! Location was great. »

« A really charming home in a safe yet vibrant neighborhood. Quite a few nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The home itself was beautiful, slight rustic yet had all the amenities one could need. »

« This was our second time staying at the Creekside Cottage. It is a cozy place, well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, close to downtown Nevada City and walking trails. Great for couples who want privacy and quiet. »

« Lovely home in serene surroundings. Great place to rest, relax, read, and explore. Lots of birds and a couple of hares add to the ambiance. Fresh eggs from the hens and flowers from the garden make this a truly special place. Will definitely revisit when time allows. Thank you for sharing »

« Absolute gem! This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway with my dearest friend. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to make meals, the fridge has a freezer, coffee pot takes regular ground coffee (filters are provided), the shower was delightful, the bedding is super comfortable, the view is divine, there is a patio to enjoy a meal or morning coffee, the lake is literally steps away and two sun chairs are provided as are the beach towels for them. « This was our second stay, so I guess we must like it. Seems like they improved the shower since last time, so that was nice. TV was a little difficult to get up and running but we eventually managed. Only other (very minor) thing would be to flip the hinges on the refrigerator door so it opens on the other side. Everything else was just fine! »

« Thank you Justin. We had a little trouble finding the place because the Vrbo site was having problems and we didn't receive the information from them but aside from that everything was fabulous. Butler Place is in a great location, was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything anyone could need. Thank you so much for a great stay. »

« Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !! This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location ! »

« We had an amazing stay! The house was lovely, and the airplane-themed decor was a cool touch. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working during our visit. However, the property owner made up for it by giving us a s’mores kit for the kids and a bottle of wine. They were also available anytime we had questions. »
