« It was a nice neighborhood very tranquil with a beautiful view of Reno, NV. No issues at all and the host was very response and accommodating. Highly recommend, we had 3 toddlers age 2 and even with the stairs we had no issues at all and they enjoyed the park and large grass area available just a few houses up the road, it helped keep then entertained and to get their energy burned out. Very close to freeway so getting anywhere was not difficult at all. »

« We had such a nice stay! The house was cozy and everything we needed was provided (kitchen stocked with dishes, bathroom stocked with toiletries, and extra blankets and pillows in the closets) the view was beautiful, the location is close to the shops and the lake! Would definitely recommend staying here! »

The following is a list of reasons why I would not book this property again: -the toilet was loose -the tv remote was missing buttons -the closet space was used to store spare heating units -stained bedspreads -the pump on shampoo bottle was missing -the filters on the wall mounted heating unit were disgustingly dirty -there was mold on the baseboard in corner near the front window -the bedside lamp was not plugged in. -accessible outlets were limited to the...

« We were a small group of four who came up to play some golf and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed staying here - my group loves to cook. The home is as advertised, the kitchen is extremely well appointed, and the barbecue was excellent. The home would work well for larger groups too. The host had everything set up for an easy arrival and was also easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for those visiting the area that want a very comfortable home with a great host. »

« Our multi generation family of 10 had a wonderful stay. Lots of space for family time. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The owner answered our phone call immediately when we had a question.There is a sledding hill next to house- but sleds needed to be replaced! »

« Overall we had a great stay. Some hiccups but Avantstay made the overall stay better. They were very communicative and I felt like I always had someone there to help. The home does need updates but overall good for a bigger group. »
