« Very nice property for family. Property Manager quickly responded with additional supplies, bathroom tissue, paper towels. Little skippy on towels but washer and dryer available. Check-in confusing, website for instructions were provided but no links provided on Vrbo app. Made navigation a little difficult. Overall I would stay at property again. »

« A very cute place to stay. There was everything set up you could want for an enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfy!! Perfect location to access rec center, restaurants, andthe outdoors.Above all, we appreciated the high level of communication with the property manager both before and during our weekend stay.Thanks, we would love to return soon. »

« Would appreciate more info on restaurants & things to do & map of spa in the unit. The bathmat in master bath was not clean & when i pulled it up it was very wet underneath. We had issue with fireplace as flue was still closed & smelled gas. Maintenance came & need directions on this in unit »

« I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville. »

« The cabin itself was great and our family had a great time. There is a snowstorm that came through while we were there and was impressed how quickly the streets and our driveway were plowed the next day. Would come again! »

« Condo was fantastic for a 6 adults.Plenty of room for 3 couples. Pictures were as advertised. Big windows, high ceiling and decks in the family/great room were fantastic. Mountaineer shuttle was easy to access to get to the ski area.Host was great, she let us know there was wood in the fireplace ready for us to have a fire.Definitely would stay here again. »

« We had a wonderful stay at River Cottage in Sept 2025. Communication with our Guest Contact/Host was easy, informative, and pleasant. The location is ideal for walks along the Riverwalk and close to stores, coffee shops, Day Spas, and Downtown Reno. The studio interior was inviting and had everything we needed during our stay. The weather was pleasant so we were even able to enjoy drinks on the private porch swing. The host put much care ensuring everything was just what we needed, even...
