« As always, we enjoyed our stay at the Outside Inn. The only issue was that a previous guest had obviously smoked in the suite. It mostly smelled in the kitchen. They probably thought they could open the windows, and nobody would be the wiser. It doesn’t work that way. Once you smoke inside, it is nearly impossible to get the smell out. It’s beyond rude to the proprietor and future guests. That there are grounds with ashtrays makes your selfishness more offensive. We will be back, but probably...

« I spent 5 times on the phone with Landing and was told my issue would be followed up with; on day 6/10 I finally got a resolution on my issues on being able to access the pool, hot tub, or gym; which were the biggest factors in booking this location. Instructions were vague and not detailed enough to give me complete knowledge of what to do or where to go upon arrival. Check in process was complex and frustrating. Overall very frustrating experience. 0 star review »
