« This property is not suitable for rental. Front porch stair rental was rotten and broke off in my hand going down. I almost fell. Stairway going upstarts is too small and very hard to navigate. I could barely carry a bag up it. Going down was worse! Front porch wasn’t even swept! The toilets are NOT adult size. Very small and difficult for a 6’1” man to stand up from. I hated both of them! Stair carpet was filthy, So was shag carpet in bath! Thermostat would not register over 68’’, It was 10”...
