« This cottage is so comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The town of Burney does not have a lot to offer, so we were glad we had a kitchen to cook in. Its location is convenient, and we loved the game room and relaxing backyard. The master bedroom shower is a bit funky, as it is just in the middle of the bathroom with no doors, so it would get water everywhere if used. Not a big deal, we just showered in the other bathroom. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, and supplies. It was great! »

« We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter...
