« The place was not cleaned when we first got there. I contacted the owner and they had a family emergency but came to clean while we were at dinner and visiting relatives. When we came back the place was great, clean and smelled so nice. There were a lot of food options there for a good breakfast, eggs, yogurt, bread, cereal, milk, coffee, creamer and fresh fruit and many more extra items including ice cream! It ended up being a nice stay and would recommend this place! »

« This is a wonderful retreat in the woods. It is a cross between hunting lodge and artsy cabin. Lane was a terrific and accommodating host. We had access to ample firewood, and both gas and electric grills. We love that it is away from the “crowds” of tiny Emminence, but be prepared for challenging gravel toads to get there. »
