« Sheets were stained with something black, possibly mildew, light switch had a short, plugs were unsafe, door locks were not secure, bathroom door was almost touching the toilet, no staff on site for assistance, had to call twice upon arrival just to be able to get into the room. »

« It was in terrible condition.The bottom of my feet were black from going barefoot inside our room. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when I removed a towel. The TV box was bad. The staff originally said we didn't have a reservation but then found it. A window was cracked and held together with tape. We asked for maid service which was done. The bed was left without the bedspread. The staff was very helpful with all of the issues. »
