« Nice stay »

« We will be coming back next year! We loved everything about this place! Stayed cool during the day (80 degrees outside) and we even had to turn the heat on for the little ones during the night which worked wonderfully. Instructions were very clear and helpful. Great place to stay location wise: beautiful view to sip coffee in the morning. A coffee shop next door along with an ice cream shop, brewery, and souvenir shop across the street with so many goodies. We had a big rain storm come in and...

« Great location. Great amenities. The pool was so nice. Free WiFi worked fine for us. We have Roku tv and it worked fine with the WiFi. And the host is available to answer any questions. He even helped us with early check in. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the mountains. »

« Everything was great. Our host Justin was super responsive and very friendly. The stay was exactly as described. We had everything we needed to cook onsite and there were a few places to eat nearby. The drive into Gatlinburg was short and it isn't a lot farther to go to Pigeon Forge. The camper had plenty of room for our family of 3 with room for a few more if you wanted. The park was clean, quiet and the camper was directly beside a beautiful creek. Perfect. »

« I cannot be happier with our stay. We got in late and I was nervous that it would be too dark to find our tent but the property is very user friendly. The pathways were lit and absolutely beautiful especially at night. The host thought of EVERYTHING - I can’t rave about that enough. There was a Kuerig filled with water in our tent, which I appreciated because I was most excited for coffee on the porch with that amazing view. The bed was SO comfortable, we slept like babies. « It was a great place. Minus the little miscommunication there was with the romance pack being set up when we first arrived but the manager was nice enough to refund what I had paid extra for it and still set it up the following day while we were out of town. All in all my wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much. »

« Had originally booked the weekend at one of the domes and the day before we check-in the office reached out and said the water lines to the domes had froze due to the winter storm coming and offered to put my family up in their event lodge or reschedule our vacation. We chose to take the lodge and so glad we did! It had more then enough room and the staff checked-in daily to make sure everyone was ok and had everything we needed. The location is quiet and one of a kind especially snow covered....

« Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! »

« We really enjoyed our stay in Cozy Cabin A. The cabin was very clean and well stocked! The campground got quiet during quiet hours, which was welcomed after a long day of traveling or being out and about. The cabin has a great location to both Pigeon Forge an Gatlinburg without being on too close to the busy Parkway. We would definitely stay here again! »

« My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. Owner was easy to communicate with and everyone within the resort was so friendly. Our favorite thing was sitting outside by the creek playing cards. Beautiful place and very clean. »

« We loved our stay it was so much better than a motel room. It was quite no one drinking or smoking pot around us like when we stay in motels. It was clean had everything we needed. Only thing we didn’t have was local stations on the tv but still had all the other channels. Just couldn’t watch the news on the tv had to watch on my phone. »
