« My youth group stayed here for a conference that we were attending in Pigeon Forge in January 2026. The kids had a blast in the pool, game room, and theater watching movies. The house had big common areas to allow for group meetings and meals to be easy. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a few issues that we were unable to get corrected. « Room was great, had a fireplace issue but not a deal breaker. Advertised as “new” but newly remodelled. Great location to walk to Gatlinburg. Parking is a little wonky, but don’t let that persuade you. We would stay there again for sure. »

« Very clean & well kept condo. You can tell the owners take pride in it. Ideal location and within walking distance to anywhere in the main area of Gatlinburg. We were there for New Years Eve and had the most perfect view from the front door balcony. No crowds and stayed warm. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this unit to friends & family. »

« Staying here is as comfortable as staying at home. I was here for the entire month of December and was very comfortable. The host thinks of everything you may need, and will have it waiting for you. The coffee and tea bar was especially well appreciated. This is my second stay at this location, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in this vicinity. »

« Very clean, cozy climate. Only complaints involve the mattress, very uncomfortable, almost as if there is a hole in the supports in the middle.Also the drive from the main road is not the greatest. I’m very happy I brought my pickup truck as my car may have had issues, very deep ruts along most of it (not owners fault, as this is a public roadway)Hot tub was nice and relaxing, host was very informative and helpful »

« Property needs attention. Code to get in didn't work & initially difficult to contact host, but once we got a contact, they were prompt to respond.In advance of our stay, we were told of non-working microwave, but NOT told that it was connected to the wall oven, so we did NOT HAVE a working oven for two weeks we were there....we had to run to the Carriage house to bake, but eat where there was room for everyone in the Main house....lots of running back and forth!Issues FIXED: master shower door...
