« First it took us 46 mins to find it. No signs to help located the place. The beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable including the couch. We checked out on 12/13/25 because of the uncomfortable beds. AS much as I.paid they should have been very cimfortable. I have asked for a refund for 12/13 becuse of this. »

« Everything was GREAT!! Communication was excellent. Never took more that 5 mins to get a reply when I had a question. Room had extra amenities like iron and ironing board and even a box fan. The views from both balconys were great. The walk to and from the strip was a little tough as stated in the post but was still better than paying 20 to park everytime we wanted to go to the strip to explore. Had an excellent time. Definitely worth staying at again. Would pick this spot to stay again 100 out...

« Great weather made the balcony a nice place to relax with a cup of coffee. We especially enjoyed the spacious and comfortable seating. In the livingroom!!! We were meeting family we hadn’t seen for a while and wanted a place to relax and get caught up on each others lives more than dong the tourists things Pigeon Forge offers. Louis and John were quick to respond when we had a need.We will be going back here!!! »

« We loved the location! It was very convenient for walking to shops, attractions and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice bonus to use after hours of walking around town. If you are looking for something in town but still enjoy quiet space then this is perfect! »
