« Upon check in we were greeted by a massive Cockroach! As if that wasnât bad enough, the heater didnât work. It was 32 that evening. We let the host know and seemed to me he had nothing but excuses. He did however try to move us into other locations but it was the same issue the heaters didnât work and it was all the same building so there wouldâve still been cockroaches. »

« Very easy check-in. Very nice apartment. Comfy beds. Hot tub was a hit! Centrally located to everything in Pigeon Forge. No traffic noise. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again. »

« We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again! »
