« This was the worst rental! The owner didn’t pay the electricity bill which caused my 60 year old mother and 83 year old grandma to not have power in 20 degree weather! « Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem.
