« First of all, this was a tremendous house. Very spacious living room/den/kitchen area that allowed our entire group to spend time together easily. The bedrooms were ample and clean. The basement was very fun and full of games (pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc). Wraparound deck with hot tub. Just a great house. « Place was a little dingy and could definitely use refreshing. BUT we enjoyed every moment because family that does not live near each other were together for the weekend. I did not appreciate having a religious picture (the last supper) and other religious paraphernalia around the place. The location was perfect. We had a Memorial Service for my brother at the Stockard Inn and had friends who live in Niskayuna. »

« The house was fully equipped with everything. Fully stocked kitchen, as well as bathrooms and laundry. Pet friendly, no fence but not a big deal if you bring a lead. Got to park in the garage, making it easier to pack/unpack the car and easier to get in the house. It's a very spacious house and close to a lot of entertainment in the area. « We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options.
