A gorgeous 6 bedroom, 3 full bath, Private and Peaceful, 3 acre, Executive Spa Retreat with a Private HibachiChef and Masseur, perched on a Hilltop in an upscale NY neighborhood close to all the best attractions the Capital Region and Saratoga Springs has to offer. Since we are only 15 minutes from Albany International Airport (ALB) we welcome Guests from all over the world. Events thru direct booking only (ask for quote). For an additional charge, Most guests opt to upgrade to include hibachi dinners and Check-in Brunch prepared by our local cafe as well as a 3 hour group massage by our Licensed Masseur (2 hours for small groups). Our Linens: We provide soft, beautiful Linens and bath towels that are all professionally cleaned at a local dry cleaner. Black make-up towels are provided to help prevent damage to white sheets, pillow cases and towels.
**Winter Considerations:
During winter (from about December 1st to March 31st), snow conditions are likely. It is advisable to check weather forecasts to prepare yourself and vehicle/get necessary rental before your winter getaway. The fountain and pond water features are off November 1st through Spring.
Vehicle Recommendation:
This is a private HILLTOP property close to a river in a ski region. Due to potential snow accumulation, we recommend guests use an AWD (All-Wheel Drive), truck, or SUV with proper tires to navigate the hill leading up to the Mansion. This ensures a safer and more comfortable journey to the property. If your vehicle can not make it up a stone driveway, it is a 500 ft hike up to the Hilltop. See pictures in gallery. It's a winter wonderland. Be prepared. We plow over 2 inches of snow. Anything under 2 inches a proper awd with good snow rated tires will have no issues. This is a non refundable reservation
The Space:
From the moment you enter The Mansion at Rebecca's Fountain you know you are somewhere special. Open the front door and you are greeted by a double Grand Staircase in the Foyer and a 6ft tall Crystal Chandelier with a view of the two story faux fireplace in the Great Room. To the left is a beautiful formal Dining Room while to the right, an Office for remote workers, equipped with an all in one laser printer/scanner/copier, tv, two desks, 6 comfy chairs, water dispenser for filtered cold or hot water and it's own patio with a view of Rebecca's Fountain. Make your way to the Kitchen which features a large center island with room for 4-6, plus a table for 8. Between the kitchen and dining room we have space to eat for 20 inside. Yes, we have the wine glasses to accommodate them all. Looking for full service accommodations? Package rates of $3000 per night for up to 16 guests include catered breakfast and hibachi dinner every evening prepared by Chef.
One morning every guest can be treated to a 15 minute table massage by our local Licensed Massage Therapist. Feel free to book private extended sessions of hot or cold stone, deep tissue or many other options for an additional charge.

The Mansion is fully furnished with Flat screens in every room including a 71" TV on the Art Wall in the Great Room and another in the Home Theater Room. Smart TVs feature Hulu, Disney+, HBO and Netflix for viewing your favorite shows when you are winding down for the evening.
Directly outside the Kitchen and Great room is a large outdoor deck and attached patio with a 7 person hydrotherapy Spa, Propane(LP) firepit, LP BBQ grill and outdoor dining table, sofa, and plenty of green space for volleyball, cornhole and badminton. Out front, feel free to cozy up with a nice book at the pond with a view of Rebecca's fountain, the grounds and the grand entrance. Day or night, the atmosphere is beautiful. Stunning mountain views to the north facing Saratoga Springs.
Detail about the Space:
The Mansion features two levels of living space. In the first floor West Wing you have The Master Suite with King Bed. It has a private bath with marble floors, dual sinks, a whirlpool tub and Multi head glass shower, blow dryer and ceramic hair straightening iron. The custom walk-in closet, with it's own separate room for shoes and accessories, is a dream. A Guest bedroom with Full bed and a separate full bathroom is on the East Wing.
Upstairs has 4 other bedrooms and one full bathroom. In the West Wing bedroom, there is a King Bed. The two bedrooms on the East Wing have King beds, one has a Queen bed & the final bedroom has space for 4 on two Trundle beds (4 twin mattresses). All bedrooms have large windows with a view, a TV, closet and nightstand. Two roll away beds are available for your use (additional $140 fee), as well as a foldable crib, high chair and a play pen. The bridge connecting the 2nd floor West and East wings have a great view overlooking the Grand Foyer Chandelier, Great Room and Rebecca's Fountain.
Planning an extended stay and want to cook your own meals? The chef's kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, blenders, a commercial mixer, food processor, 6-in-1 rice cooker, pots, pans, knives, utensils, dinnerware, serving trays and place settings. Also plenty of room for groceries in all the cabinets and in a Pantry right off the kitchen. The first floor large laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, sink, full sized ironing board, iron and cleaning supplies.
Ask about hiring our Hibachi on the rear patio at $110 per person (choose two proteins- shrimp, steak or chicken). It’s a summertime, fun group experience.
For those working while traveling or those looking for Corporate Housing- Fios (Fiber Optic) Gigabit high speed internet and a dedicated office designed for six with a TV, water cooler and patio is ready for you. Wifi access points throughout the Mansion to keep mobile devices connected in every room.
