« Deep dissatisfaction with our stay at Yacht Club Inn in Santa Barbara1. No response from local property management for an urgent and dangerous situation. The code for the lock did not work, nor were we told that it was for the rear door lock. When we returned from dinner, we could NOT get in. We stayed outside for close to an hour in 52 degree weather talking to your night customer service to no avail. We had children with us, including a 4 month old baby and we waited out in the cold to get in....

« When we arrived the door key pad was dead. We had to wait for a locksmith to enter the property. Then the basement flooded knocking out the hot water heater so we didn’t have hot water to shower etc. »

« The Rustic Elegance is a fantastic stay. The home was lovely and spacious with a beautiful and private backyard. It is a paradise and walking distance to great restaurants in Los Olivos. I will return again »
