« This property is truly a gem. Cheri is very attentive and thinks of everything. She communicated with me prior to our arrival and everything was just as promised. This studio is truly everything. It is very clean, very comfortable and decorated just beautifully. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. Our favorite part was looking out the back windows and doors from the bed and the kitchen. The trees are just memorizing and we felt like we were in a little oasis....

« This VRBO was beautifully situated on a hill with valley and an ocean view, The room was clean, the host lovely and warm. The bed was so comfy! We slept well! We were met by Sena who oriented us to the property, then later by Mindy, the host. It was VERY quiet and private. You couldn’t walk into town but it was a short 5-10 minute drive into Santa Barbara. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine provided by Mindy and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The kitchen had what we needed, small but...

« Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay! »
