« Rooms are huge including the bathrooms & TV's are also huge:) Everything spotless and tons of natural light in room 12. Liked be able to enter off the street--no hallway:) Everything you could possibly need is provided. Loved a keypad at entry that you could see the numbers in the sunlight! Very walkable to State Street. A real find in Santa Barbara:) »

« Very nice and modern room! Easy to check in and out and they were very responsive! Also very close to state street, we took the train and were able to walk to everything! I would definitely stay here again! »

« A beautiful place very clean, communication with host was excellent. If you are planning to stay here just a word of advise there is no AC and second the train is very loud expect to be awake by all the way to 10:45. »
