« We just needed a quick get away. Just an overnight but very relaxing. We were blessed with a full lake, great weather and respectful neighbors. Everything we needed was provided and it is rare to find a place that will let you bring your Pup Pups with you with no restrictions on size. Host was quick to respond and very friendly. »

« This property is one of the best I’ve stayed in. You can tell that a great deal of care has gone into the preparation of it. It’s comfortable and cozy with everything you need. »

« First off the host was amazingly helpful. This was our first vrbo booking and she was so patient with us. Second off- the pictures do not do this place justice! Such a cute and fun place. Wish we could have had more time just relaxing there but we were in town for a 3 day sporting clay event and spent all day at the shoot. I highly recommend this place and would stay again. »

« I rented this little apartment so I could work in Brownwood while my children were at 4H camp, be close by in the event anything happened, and not have to drive back home. This was perfect. Not super expensive, clean, easy to get to and get to other locations and shopping in Brownwood. I would recommend this. »

« We had a great time wish we could of controlled the ants a little more but other than that it was great. Mr Parker is a very nice person and easy to get along with. Can't wait to go back »

« Location was great, right on the town square. Didn’t take any pictures of the place. We were only in town for one night. Very clean. Memory foam beds. An odd smell upon entering the room, likely the type of room spray used to keep things fresh. After about a minute the nose acclimated and it was no issue. The listing identified a hot tub as an amenity. Not that we were planning to use one on our stay, but I mentioned it, the owner said the listing would be corrected. If you are looking for a...

« Place was super cute and very classy. Check in check out easy. Locking door at bottom was a little challenging at first but figures it out quickly. Other then that all was great. Loved the record player and selection of music. »

« If you're a big railfan as myself, you'll love this place. It's a beautiful, amazing place, in a retro setting. The deck overlooking the local train tracks gives you some entertainment. We felt safe and secure during our stay. »
