« The host was very personable and welcoming. The property is very clean and well located. »

« Pros: Efficient space in an excellent location, easy walk to the center of town and the gondola. Nice shared yard with a table and chairs. Cons: The window didn't open (was "out of order" per a note taped to it) so got pretty stuffy in the August heat. Only other challenge was that parking was sometimes unavailable on premise, though we didn't have much trouble finding spots on the street. »

« The apartment was nice enough, but we were somewhat turned off by the lack of maintenance and housekeeping. The king bed was made up with a full size fitted bottom sheet which obviously didn't fit the mattress. We found a spare flat sheet that we used to replace the non-fitting sheet. The hosts never offered to fix it for us. There were also a number of maintenance items that really need to be addressed: Oven clock just blinked 24/7 with no numbers and had no knob (missing) to set the clock....

« Great stay, beautiful detached private house with no stairs on one level. Grand views of lake, trees, and mountains. Private and very quiet. Nice host who, on request, oriented us to the place and local attractions. Spacious and comfortable. Appliances like new: Full fridge, range/oven with over the range microwave, large high efficiency washer & dryer. Large closet. New walk-in shower with good pressure. All wood floors and cabinets. Notice the lovely painting in the bathroom by the host....

« The place was very clean and had plenty of soap and dishwasher pods to keep the place nice during our stay. It was my husband and 2 kids, cooked most of our meals in the well supplied kitchen including breakfast which had a nice coffee maker and toaster. The gondola was perfect, after driving over 12 hours to get to Telluride we didn’t need our car for the next 2 days. Explored multiple hikes and the town of Telluride- completed the Bridal Veil Falls- amazing. »

« The property is well located, which is its best feature. However, I expected it to be more comfortable. The carpet was heavily stained and worn, and the towels were of very poor quality. The most inconvenient issue was that there was only one parking space available. For a property that accommodates up to eight guests, this is a significant disadvantage. »
