« Studio V was a great little detached studio apartment with a bed and bath. The room was clean with good air conditioning and a private, well shaded backyard with a fire pit. There is wifi, a mini fridge and microwave available for use. Its a great place to hang out, or go out with a comfortable place to return to if you want to go out during the day. « A dictionary need to register a new bad word to describe how terribly maintained property this is. Leave about staying here for a day, I’d say breathing in here also might be harmful. Terrible, no proper locks to the bedroom and bathroom. You give a hit, I bet it’d open. And the lock system is so weird. It’s of the Stone Age, there’s a knob, where you put the string to it. We stayed there for a day, had a reservation for 3 days. Booked hotels the next 2 days. Waste of money and sleep for a day....

« The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country).
