« Everything was excellent. If I had to complain about anything, it is that Rio Vista is a little too windy for my liking. But it didnt stop us from doing anything and it wont stop us from coming back. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. »

« We were disappointed with the lack of amenities at the property. We only had bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. The kitchen was nice with nice appliances but the coffee machine’s water container was dirty with hard water build up. « The cottage is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very private and perfect for a quick get away to attend a wedding. The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. Not the greatest to get ready and apply make up. However, there is a cute desk in front of a window with a lamp that was perfect lighting to apply make up. Aside from that it was simple and charming. « We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. »

« The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). « Very comfortable 3 night stay. Great location! Did some fishing off the boat dock. Has everything you need. Stairs were a little difficult & steep (and you are forewarned), but once you get everything upstairs, it was very pleasant. Neighbors are very close by, but that is Delta living. Highly recommend. Will stay there again! »
