« Its a very neat and clean little place. Deon is so kind and helpful. The neighborhood is a little loud. Its right off a busy street. There was a sound machine in the main bedroom if you need that sort of thing. We knew this when we arrived, so just research before you go. One room has kids beds and the other a nice bed for adults. »

HOMES HAD BARS ON WINDOWS. UNKEPT OUTSIDE OF HOME AND WE COULD NOT EVEN GET INTO THE HOME AN HOUR AFTER WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET IN. PEOPLE MOVING OUT PERSONAL ITEMS ECT...OWNER TOLD ME HE WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND FOR ALL BUT OUR FIRST NIGHT I AGREED TO SO WE FOUND A NEW PLACE TO STAY .... THEN HE CHANGED...

« So, this property has potential for a couple or someone traveling alone. I think I was one of his first guests and gave him a list of items to improve. If he took my advice, this could be a great option for someone visiting Stockton. Pros: Clean (mostly), comfortable, good size for 1 or 2 people, center of town in a gated location. Comfortable bed. Photos are fairly accurate. Cons: For some reason, the host has removed all the smoke detectors, and there were no CO2 detectors or fire...

« Nice little studio. Clean. The train noise was not bad at all. The bed was very soft, Very Soft. This unit is on the second floor with steps to climb. I wouldn't, have stayed in this unit if I knew this. That was not mentioned in the description at all and should be. I'm a senior with a bad knee. »
