« Very disapointed in this property. Heater did nit work and it was 48 degrees outside. Finalt got a portable heater from the owner which blew a fuse when plugged in so we were thsn cold and in the dark. Worst stocked rental i ever had. No spices at all not even salt and pepper. We were left 1 roll of tp for a family of five. Kitchen had hardly any dinnerware or silverware. Worst rental i have had from you »

« This property is located in one of the most chaotic and dangerous areas of San Francisco. On our first day driving to the property, we saw couple of homeless people along the street, which made us feel very uneasy. The property is a semi-basement apartment with poor lighting and ventilation. There's no dishwasher, which is inconvenient. « Was a perfect place for my extended family to stay for a quick SF getaway. Comfortably fit all of us (9 adults, 1 teenager, 2 small kids). Very walkable neighborhood and hosts were so communicative about everything. Were worried about street parking since we had 2 cars up there (the garage was great!) but really was easy to find parking for the 2nd car. Would love to stay here again. »

« Russ was an excellent host. The suite was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bathroom is stunning, with impressive architecture and great technology. It’s also very close to Castro Street/theater (we came for a concert) about 5 minute walk, so I didn’t need to rent a car or even uber. There is also a beautiful, lively park 1 min away. A big shoutout to Peanut, the sweetest and most affectionate dog! We loved her. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you again, Russ! »
