« Easy to get there and get settled in. They were so accommodating. We have been coming to San Diego since I was 10 and this is by far the best, most central location I have ever stayed at. We are excited to come back and stay again! »

« I spent a lovely week with my dog at this adorable 1BR cottage in Old Town San Diego. Check in was easy, and the place was very well supplied with everything from plastic bags to cooking equipment to a flashlight. The little long patio outside was great for throwing the ball for my dog, or just sitting to enjoy morning coffee. Joan was very accommodating to requests, and even brought over a basket of dog toys and a jar of treats for my pup when we arrived! Whether I spent the day lazing around...

« This cute vacation rental was just as pictured. Very comfortable for a girls get away. The owner communicated promptly regarding check in. We loved the walkability to neighborhood restaurants. A short uber ride got us to many of the San Diego sights. Would definitely stay again. »

« Exceptionally well-equipped property, comfortable, impeccably clean, with high-end appliances and finishes. Short walk to beach, cliff-top overlook of ocean, and restaurants. »

« Cottage was the perfect place for my wife and our 3 adult children. The place was stocked with everything we could need, and being 3-4 houses from the beach was just what we wanted. Lots of places to eat and interesting to watch all the people in the boardwalk. Highly recommended staying here. Also, loved the front patio with large dining table and couches!! »

« Super clean place, just the right size for us. Not too far of a walk to the beach. Only a couple blocks. Loved how close City Taco was to the house. Amazing tacos, great breakfast too and dog friendly. Nice family vibe and close to the dog beach too which was great for the pups. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located, well equipped charming house. We would definitely stay here again! Great place for families! »

« Had another great visit. This is our second time, we love the unplugged feeling of this lovely cottage. The yard is a wonderful relaxing place to enjoy the birds and read a good book. Lots of great hiking trails nearby. We had a little glitch and Paul was right on it and fixed the issue. Thanks, we hope to be back! »

« If you want a magical early victorian experience this is it!!I felt like an early settler with the charm of this sweet cottage, but with all the convenance of modern living.the neighborhood is quiet and the home extremely clean and comfortable. really enjoyed our stay.Here are some thoings you may need to know:1. No coffee maker, only kuerig machine so bring pods2. No closets or wardrobe (we were attending my daughter's wedding so we had suits and dresses). I was able to remove a few cups...

« Cosy casita that leaves nothing to be desired. Great furnishings, everything in the kitchen too. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem even in July, as it was not so hot and ceiling fans provided a pleasant room climate. There are fly screens in front of almost all the windows. The shared use of the washing machine, the USB socket and the garage parking space were a great plus. The location was quiet and yet there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
