« Garbage disposal was not working and there was decaying food from garbage disposal all over the sink when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he said he was just there and did not see any issues. Blow dryer in one of bathrooms did not work. Only Beach towels in bathrooms, no washcloths, only one extra toilet paper roll for 3 bathrooms. Sliders very difficult to open. Only one key in lock box. Qwner did respond in a reasonable amount of time, but never offered to come & fix the garbage...

« Great location - right on the beach! Unfortunately it was raining while we were there so unable to use the outside balcony and furniture. Views are stunning and there's direct access to the beach right across the unit! Kitchen had all the basics for meal prep or takeout. Covered car port also made it easy to get in and out esp while it was raining. Overall, it's a great unit if you're looking for a beachfront property and central to everything! »

« Our family (with adult children) had a wonderful week relaxing while enjoying the spectacular semi-oceanfront views at this spacious home in Pajaro Dunes. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels were plentiful, the kitchen was well-stocked (a large pasta pot would be a welcome addition), the hot tub suitably hot on a chilly day, and the living spaces were conducive to hours of game-playing and conversation.
