« Arrived at 5pm as scheduled, entered and found the property had not been cleaned. There was bedding towels and trash on floors and full trash cans. Food left in fridge, dead lizards on floors. Trash cans next to property overflowing with trash and debris all over the yard. Garage looked like a haunted house exhibit with years of spider webs and spiders all around. « First impression was surprise, we did not realize the rental is actually attached to another property (duplex), so we thought we were at the wrong location. The unit is at the rear of the building with full time residents up front. The owners were very communicative and apologized for any confusion.
