« I absolutely loved this location. We got the Dixie Den and the drive to was so beautiful. The water was so nice to lay in with a sand shore (of course Texas is one good rain away from higher water) kayaks for rent and the neighbors were so nice. Property manager was so nice and helpful made sure we had everything we needed and if i had the opportunity to buy this little spot I sooooooo would! Nice shower, and spacious restroom. Kitchen was perfect and the hot pot is amazing! Loved the icebox and...

« Place was perfect for a fishing outing. Location was perfect, had 2 ramps within minutes of camp.Plenty of boat parking space.Nice porch.Plenty of beds.Living room was comfortable and the kitchen was adequate.2 bathrooms with stand-up showers.Unfortunately, 1 of the showers did not work but the 1 that did never was nice and never ran out of hot water.Cleanliness was okay.Check in and out was smooth.Cost of stay was an incredible deal.I would absolutely return. »
