« Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

« The house is just as pictured. It served as a great home base during a soccer tournament. Centrally located, great location. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The house was wonderfully cool during the summer heat wave. Well stocked kitchen to easily prepare meals for our family. »

« I liked that the air conditioner worked. Otherwise, the place was a dump in need of repair. The outside doors to get in the hallway were broken. So, anyone could get in. There was a full kitchen with absolutely nothing to go with it. Not even a small coffee maker. Towels in the bathroom were hand towels or floor towels, not bath size. Oh, and the remote was broken held together with a hair tie around 1 AA battery and one AAA. After purchasing batteries and installing them it still didn’t work....
