« Actually, everything was OK other than the master bedroom sheets we felt were still dirty. Found a lot hair on it. Ask the host about it. He said they would be willing to come over in the morning, but we actually had already went out and bought our own sheets. I asked to be compensated for that because we were very disgusted with that, but there was never any response from the host. Disappointed. »

« The host was easy to communicate with. In fact, a massive storm hit the area and she immediately got the pool guy to come over the day after Christmas to get the debris out of the pool. Our family enjoyed the pool while we were there. »

« Our stay was disappointing as the pictures are deceiving. The living area and back yard are a good size but the guest bedrooms are small. The interior is dated and in need of repairs and new paint. Transitions between the different floor treatments are broken or missing creating a possible trip hazard. The kitchen was minimally stocked with pots and pans and there were exactly 6 place settings for dining purposes making cooking and eating difficult. The host did respond to concerns of ours but...

« Absolutely lovely home situated on a small island in the Sacramento River. Beautiful views of the river, 2 different docks to fish or boat from, fully equipped kitchen. »

« Bathtub drain was clogged so your feet are totally submerged in water when taking a shower. Shower curtain was moldy and looked like it hadn’t been changed or even looked at in a while. Stray hairs on the walls of the bathroom. Dining table chairs are rickety and felt like they were going to break just by sitting on them. Overall the place is 4/10 stay for me, location is iffy. I would rather stay at a hotel where you can expect a clean shower. Kitchen is nice but only has bread knives no...

« What a fantastic home in a great location! The neighborhood is very safe and close to restaurants and shops in old Folsom. Beds are comfortable, house is so nicely decorated, and everything was just perfect. The backyard is a lovely place to gather. Lorraine is a stellar host, so helpful, accommodating, and was in touch throughout our stay, and was there for us if we needed anything. Just an all around fantastic stay. »
