« The lodge is in a great location. Unfortunately this unit sits right over entrance with one window the opens to the covered entrance vehicle pull through. There was no way to control the temperature. I turned off all the heating units and the unit maintained an uncomfortably warm temperature. Might be ok for a night or two but I was there for five. Would recommend building but not this unit »

« Amenities and location was 10/10! Easy access to Wildhorse Gondola which takes you directly to Steamboat Ski Resort main village. Quick 2 min walk to hot tubs, pool, gym, and grills. Pictures of studio were accurate. While communication with property management was responsive, we still had a few issues during our stay that were not remedied. The bed was a bit too firm, the pillows were thin and uncomfortable (requested more but never delivered), the hairdryer provided was broken/unusable, and...

« The condo needs to be remodeled. Carpet is worn in places. Knobs for the hot and cold water in tub come off and you need to hold them on to turn on and off the water. Tv remote did not have batteries in it for back bedroom. They came and put in new batteries but still could not get tv in that room to work. Very dark and dimly lit. They could at least put in LED bulbs. No elevator had to walk up to 3rd floor »

« Great spot! Walking distance to the chair lift, in ski boots. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of space for a family with 1 or 2 small children. I would book here again! »

« House was amazing. It was in excellent condition and a great place to host, friends and family at the end of ski day. They have a beautiful hot tub and we had an issue with it (too much foam, etc.) contacted the owner and they had somebody out there next day to fix it. They drained half of it, refilled it and rebalanced it no questions at all.
