The Space:

Upon entry, you'll immediately appreciate the modernity and functionality of the revamped kitchen. Featuring a sleek design and complemented by four chic bar stools, it's the perfect spot to whip up a quick meal or indulge in a morning coffee. Transitioning seamlessly from the kitchen, the dining and living areas beckon. Here, a dining table with four chairs invites delightful meals, while the living room, with its plush sleeper sofa and smart TV, offers the perfect nook for relaxation. And on those chilly evenings, the gas fireplace ensures you're ensconced in warmth and coziness.



The bedroom is a testament to restful slumbers with its luxurious king-sized bed. Flowing naturally from the bedroom is the compact yet elegantly designed bathroom, adorned with a tub to soak away the day's adventures.



Step outside and you'll find a spacious private patio, a serene spot to take in the mountain air or perhaps embark on summer hiking or biking adventures.



The true allure of Ski Haven Hideout lies in its unparalleled location. A brisk walk lands you right at the slopes, and when the day winds down, you can conveniently ski (or ride in the summer) right to the building door! The après-ski buzz and an array of dining options at the resort base are also within easy reach.



While the condo is snug, it's perfect for couples or families with one or two children. A group of four adults can comfortably stay, but it may feel a tad cozy. Do note, accessing the unit involves navigating two flights of stairs and several hallways and doors, making it unsuitable for those with mobility challenges.



The community HOA manages the hot tub, which remains closed from the end of the ski season until Memorial Day, then closed from labor day until Ski Season. During April and May and after labor day, guests might prefer the Old Town Hot Springs or the iconic Strawberry Park Hot Springs for a rejuvenating soak. Other Things to Note:

The access to the unit from the parking area involves two flights of stairs and a series of hallways and doors. This complex in general is not wheelchair accessible and those mobility challenges should probably look at units in a different complex. I wouldn't want anyone to have an unpleasant surprise when they arrived!



The fireplace is only available during the ski season months. The amenities are controlled by the community HOA and we do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests.
