« Beautiful home in rural area. TVs in every room. Awesome downstairs for kids with bunks and games. Master suite off this area for the parents. Access to the really nice pool (steps into 3’-6’ deep) through both rooms. Deck up top off kitchen overlooking pool. Lots of utensils and appliances. Large den and two large bedrooms up top with bathroom between. Very clean and well kept home and yard. Host contact was immediate through phone and text. Our family of 9 had a wonderful time! »

« Beautiful cozy cottage. This place has everything you need to settle in. Close to Lexington area. Very quiet and extremely comfortable. Roomy enough to spread out and call it home for a night or two, or multiple weeks. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely going to come back when work brings me to this area. Love it so much!!! The house offered plenty of space for family to get together for dinner & game night.The owner had put up a Christmas tree to ensure we didn't miss anything for the holiday.Quick & responsive communication.We had everything we needed.Sunset & sunrise views were beyond beautiful!Highly recommend visiting this farmhouse. « Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful home and property. This is a great place for family time. The only thing I would add is a few universal life jackets and some new paddles. So if you are staying here and think you might kayak or canoe consider bringing your own pfd. »

« Beautiful property. Peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views from all sides but most enjoyable rocking on the front porch in the evening. The home is well equipped and close to the Ark Encounter. We also enjoyed just hanging out at the house. The host is very responsive and was quick to rectify our one little issue. Thanks for the positive addition to our 3 generation family vacation. »

The pack and play, high chair and kid toys were a surprise bonus especially since my son forgot to bring their pack and play! I would definitely recommend and rent again if we are in Kentucky!
