« Cute as a button. Traveled with our 3 adult ish kids and had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy this beautiful area of Virginia. Suzanne is a wonderful host who has thought of every detail in the space. The horses in the back pasture are perfect view for starting and ending the day. »

« Came for the view, and didn't disappoint! The house was clean and comfortable. We swam and fished off the dock. The only drawback was lack of some back was the lack of some kitchen equipment. »

« Beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions and needs before and during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped for most cooking needs. We used the gas and charcoal grills, both are well maintained. Perfect for a quiet getaway away from it all. »

« Cute place. It’s half of a duplex. Furnishings are nice. Bath is small but nice. No counter space tho. Bathroom door is a barn door style…little privacy. Kitchen has everything you need but there are no cabinets…just shelves. Dishes and glasses were in a basket. Not what you might expect. Keurig coffee maker…brought my own pods luckily TV and WiFi work great. Didn’t use the hot tub…its placement just outside of the entryway is odd, but makes a little more sense when you see it. « Lovely place to stay near Blacksburg a short 20 minute drive. We brought our dogs and ourselves down to move my brother-in-law and it was perfect. The space is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. »

« My husband and I stayed for a few days between Christmas and New Years. Although the weather was not ideal, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking the delicious local produce, and the bathroom was luxurious. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and we loved learning about the farm. We would look forward to staying here again or visiting the other BNB location at Smith Mountain. « Cozy and beautifully remodelled modern farmhouse with a fully kitted out kitchen, soft bedding, and all kinds of high-end amenities like towel warmers, a fully stocked coffee bar, and phone chargers near each bed. If you have dogs, this is the place. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and dog bed in the living room. Literally minutes from the AT and the Virginia Triple Crown hikes like Dragon's Tooth and McAfee's Knob. We will be back. »

« We had a great stay, nothing to complain about. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen (everything worked), comfy beds and very accommodating! We enjoyed some of the games/puzzles. Kayaks were fun. My only suggestion to owner/property manager is PLEASE remove the invasive vines covering the trees before it kills them. From the water, it definitely takes away from the beauty of this house compared to neighboring properties. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to the dock but we all managed...
