We didn’t need to use the boat slip, but it is definitely a perk if you are renting a boat. We ended up using my sisters. The only thing I struggled with was the keypad. « Loved this unit and the location. It was so nice to be right next to the shopping center and to be able to sit on the balcony and just watch the peacefulness of the lake. Everything in the unit was perfect!Only minor thing I’d recommend is for the building to consider painting the parking spots on the wall above the spot instead of in the ground. It was very difficult to see the spot numbers due to very little lighting in the garage areas and the paint color being a light yellow. »

« Matt’s condo was wonderful! It was exactly as described & perfectly clean. My husband is very particular about having a HOT shower with good water pressure and he had no complaints (which is very rare). I could have sat on the patio all weekend and just enjoyed the view of the lake except the mosquitoes were a bit active when we were there… not Matt’s fault. This was our 1st trip to SML and we really enjoyed it. We would absolutely stay at this condo again. »

« Beautifully decorated condo in the heart of Bridgewater with lots to do. We toured Smith Mountain Lake on the Virginia Dare, went wakeboarding with Smith Mountain Wake and enjoyed the local restaurants, arcade, ice cream shop and Live music! Started out a little rainy but the sun certainly came out and we had a blast! »
