« The property was perfect for our family. My daughter even brought her dog. The kitchen was well equipped. There was also board games, puzzles, and books. The view was incredible. Sitting on the dock was very relaxing. I also loved the screened in porch. We had a lovely time. Close to Morrow Mountain State Park for hiking. We would definitely return to these house! »

« It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel. »

« Location and house were as advertised on the site. The location is fantastic as it is a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the main street in Southern Pines. It is less than 5 minutes driving to Southern Pines Golf Club and 10-15 minutes to Pinehurst. There were a couple of issues with the property (clogged drain, light bulbs out, outdated refrigerator water filter) when we arrived, but the host was fantastic, as he jumped right on the issues the next morning and had most items corrected...
