« House was fantastic! It was well stocked with appliances and utensils and everything was high end including bedding. We loved it! Decks and outside seating were extremely comfortable. The main living area was on first floor. Master and 2 other bedrooms were only 5 steps up from the main floor and the 4th bedroom was up from there, but it had a private deck. Highly recommend! »

« We liked that the house wasn’t directly near other properties. You could hear a neighbor in the distance periodically but the house itself was secluded. My family enjoyed all the birdhouses around the house and particularly the many hummingbirds. River access was nice. We saw one other group about 50 yards down the river on the first day of arrival but after that, we had it to ourselves. The access to the house and river was steep but we walked it many times with no issues or took a vehicle...

« The property was in a great location, just close enough to the Frio river to not be a hassle to get to and just far enough away to feel someone private and secluded. My party had friends fly in from other states and the site was easy to find and accessible. The pool was a much appreciated amenity after several scorched and long days on the river. If we make our way back down towards Concan I will definitely use this property again. Home was clean and welcoming. Great job. »
