« I booked this hotel because of the name of the hotel brand. The reviews online were very misleading. It was gross. It smelled bad. The AC was old and musty smelling. The staff was rude. The sheets were stained. The TVs didn’t work. The light switches didn’t work. The breakfast was not even edible. I’ll never be back. »

« 1st room when I got there had no A/C, the bathroom door was falling off the hinges, light bulbs burnt out and the smell of room was awful. When I went back to front desk to ask to move rooms the front desk guy was passed out asleep this was 5pm central time. Got moved to a new room and everything I brought up was better in the new room except the sink in bathroom didnt drain. When I went to check out I was getting charged a 75 dollar pet fee due to some dog hair on bedding. I explained I...

« This was the absolute worst hotel I think I’ve ever stayed at in my life and I travel for a living. Terrible staff. Terrible attitudes. Hidden extra fees and automated withdrawal of a 100$ deposit in which I have not received back 3 days later. The rooms were not cleanly. The sink was clogged. The table was broke. The tv remote was broke. It stunk to high heavens. WILL NOT be staying there again. The guy that came in before me also stated he wanted a refund for the same reasoning and was denied. »
