« This property was PERFECT for our quick family of 8 weekend to KC for the Chiefs game. The main living area was comfortable for all of us to gather and the kitchen had nice pots and pans, cups, plates, etc. Often when we stay at places the kitchen equipment is old and lacking, not here. The beds were comfy and the bath towels plush. The bathrooms also provided plenty of basic products which was nice in case you forgot your own. We did not use the firepit or backyard much but perfect for space...

« This is a beautiful property! We never turned on a TV, but there are several screens throughout. The host has filled the home with anything a guest may need, and communication was amazing. The pool and lounge area was well used when the weather allowed. We appreciated the feeling of solitude while being close to everything. »

« My sisters and I (4 of us) rented this home for our annual sister trip. It's located in an excellent location. You are close enough to enjoy activities in Independence or KC MO. But it's tucked away at the end of a quiet street allowing a great get away from crowds and noise. The owner (Rich) is nice and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. »
