« Just finished a 2-night stay here, and it was fantastic. I'm a clean freak, and this rental was SUPER clean! My son attends the Naval Academy, and he was able to stay with me for one of the nights. Beds were comfy, and it was nice having a TV in both bedrooms. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and it was great having a washer and dryer available to use. I would definitely stay again! »

« Wonderful spot for large group. House was massive. Comfortably slept 17 of us. The views of the canals were great and close to Annapolis. Would definitely come back. »

« Wow! What an incredible property and house. We were a group of families with small kids, and it was heaven for them playing in the pool, on the dock, on the playground, and in the expansive yard. Lots of beautiful sunsets on the patio for the grown-ups too. We never had to leave. Can't recommend highly enough. »

« The home was absolutely perfect and the location was even more perfect. We loved everything about this property from the comfy beds to the amazing outdoor patio. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our nephew's wedding at the academy! »

« Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back! »

« Danielle was very communicative and accommodating of all my requests. The property was beautiful and clean, in a great location, and check in/out was seamless. Parking was super close and easy. There was also 2 hour street parking out front we used briefly to unload our bags so we didn’t have to carry them from the garage. Highly recommend this place! »

« Home was exactly as anticipated. Very clean, thoughtful accommodation details, organized, beautiful sunrise views, quiet neighborhood/houses in near proximity. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. Owner/host communications are detailed and responsive to inquiry.Kentmorr Restaurant and Marina is close. Enjoyed a half day fishing charter catching the Rock Fish limit. Don’t miss the sunsets from this location. »
