« This was the cleanest, best-equipped vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Beatrix supplies tp, hand soap, paper towels, beach towels-everything! Renters only need to bring clothes, food and kitchen essentials. The unit is spacious with a lovely porch and yard where kids can play. And just a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was just right and the rates were very reasonable! We had an issue with the door lock day because the batteries ran out and Beatrix came right over. The only thing the unit...

« What a lovely property. Clean, spacious, comfortable, everything you could need. Gorgeous outdoor space, short walk to the beach. The company was thoughtful and attentive - we had a minor issue with the hot tub and someone was there to fix it within 10 minutes. Very pleased with the whole stay. »

« The house is not really well maintained. The back sliding door doesn't lock; so a wooden board was used to lock it. We had to replace a shower curtain; because it was too dirty to even clean. Not really a vacation spot. We needed the house simply to visit family in the area. The owner is nice enough; and even agreed to credit us funds for our inconvenience. »

« This property is located conveniently next to the porpoise point ramp on vilano beach. There are plenty of restaurants near by and it is just a stones throw away from downtown st Augustine and st Augustine beach. The property is appointed with everything you need for a weekend stay.
