« This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy. « Communication and check in was excellent. Property inside was clean, furnished well and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. I did throw out the left over fast food condiments.The outside area could use a little improvement with vaccum and cleaning supplies very visable. »

« The property was beyond our expectations. Tree lined seats, gated communities, pristine greens. The pool was quiet and clean; towel service provided.
