« It was several little things that added up for me. I found that a knob on the top drawer in the master bedroom is broken, a blind fell that looked to have been placed to not be noticed, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didnt work and there were no batteries in the remote in the master bedroom so we couldn't watch tv there. It seemed a few things were broken by the last tenants, which i dont blame the owner for particularly, but it was when I was cooking dinner for my fiancé for Valentine's...

« The rental is in a perfect location - walking distance to the Mothman Museum and other attractions and shopping. The host is welcoming but hands off. The place is a little drafty but they've provided plenty of blankets to keep you cozy. »

« Mr. Husson allowed me to check in a couple hrs. early-which he did not have to. The interior was clean and reasonably furnished. Price was reasonable for area. However, advertisement was misleading. Rental is for a floor/flat of a house. Not the whole house. Finished basement was rented to another party (who had a puppy that cried throughout the nights). Also, yard was trashy with litter strewn about. »
