Everything was spotless; beautifully decorated; and inviting. If our family comes back to St. Augustine anytime soon, we hope to book this same place! »

« We arrived into town earlier than expected on the July 4th holiday weekend. We were allowed early access. (this weekend is off to a GREAT start! ) First thing noticed after arrival was the size. It was larger than the pictures portrayed.One of the smoke alarms was "chipping", so we contacted the property owner. She was on this faster than belief !! « We had a wonderful stay at this Vilano Beach home. The house was exactly as described, with a great layout and a very well-stocked kitchen that made meal preparation easy. There is some normal wear and tear beginning to show, but nothing that detracted from our stay.The hot tub was a terrific bonus, and we especially appreciated that the property is pet-friendly. « The location has potential and the owner was genuinely responsive throughout our stay- quick to reply and willing to help troubleshoot. That responsiveness is worth something.That said, the property wasn't in a condition we'd expect for a family rental. « My partner and I enjoyed a delightful four-night stay at the lovely, unique Pelican's Perch Cottage. « The property is just as pictured. It is very nicely decorated and remodeled. The showers are big, and the water stays hot. The beds are comfortable and bedding is airy. The AC keeps the place cool, but the fans in the rooms help at night. The kitchen was very convenient and had the basics of what we needed for breakfast and lunch. (We ate with local family for dinner, so we didn't cook.) We've stayed at a few rentals over the years, and this was one of the best ones. We enjoyed our stay a lot! »

« Its really a studio not a one bedroom. Great location to Old Town St Augustine. Was a great fit for 2. Parking was tight and under a tree that left its seeds all over the car. Car needed a really good wash. Could use a couple of plates and a small cutting board. Otherwise, little cottage was great. »

« Our stay at this home in Saint Augustine was beyond delightful! A immaculate home with an extremely comfortable stay! Appreciated the attention to detail in this historical home. Very close to everything walking distance to two great restaurants host was wonderful. We also enjoyed that this was a peaceful, quiet space not a lot of noise around or distractions of busy businesses very much. Enjoyed the back porch for chats and coffee in the morning . Wewill be back again. »
