« The condo has everything you need. Very convenient to the pool and beach access. It is quite small, so much better for just a couple. Great view of the beach. It was very convenient to anything in St. Augustine including the outlet mall. It is an older place, so keep that in mind. It was very quiet, no disruptions of others staying there and plenty of parking. »

« This place was above and beyond what we could have asked for or expected. CJ and Kathy were amazing hosts. The first floor access was a game changer. Not having to climb stairs with all the groceries and luggage was amazing. They have everything you could possibly need for the beach. They also recently updated all the mattresses and my daughter really enjoyed the Murphy bed in the living room. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is. We will definitely be back. 10/10...

« This property was excellent - plenty of space and all of the necessities at your fingertips. The layout is well thought out and is very clean. Beach access was easy and the pool was large and nice. The property is very quiet. The beach is large and very few folks around. Just a short drive to nearby downtown St. Augustine - a real gem. It reminded us of a mix between New Orleans and Canterbury England. Lots of stores and restaurants to check out. The St. Augustine Lighthouse is a must...

« Pictures on listing are not current. Unit is dirty and worn out. Toilet seats are NOT sturdy and can cause injury. Back door was broken and almost got stuck outside. Black mold in bathrooms and on patio. Dishwasher doesn't rinse off the soap. Cookware is worse than dollar tree. Had to buy own frying pan. And the washer and dryer shakes and makes loud noises while in use. »

« The place was described and pictures were true. It was roomy for our party of 4. Make sure you bring your towels. They only provide 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 1 regular towel for each guest. This location doesn’t have elevators. Unless you are on the lower level expect to walk up and down stairs. Could be difficult for older guests. Be prepared to walk from your vehicle to your room.
