« Great location, price, and stay in St Augustine during New Years. Apartment was very comfortable and accommodating for our visit. Within walking distance of old Town St Augustine just across the lion bridge.. Flamingo coffee right behind building had great vibe and coffee too.Would highly recommend this property »

« Property was very nice, short walk to the beach but perfect for what we needed it for. Pool was nice, downside is that they are strict on closing the pool at dusk, cant even walk through it as needed to get to the ocean at night so you have to walk around the buildings if you want to walk the ocean at night. Other then that it was perfect and still worth the 5 star rating. I think my favorite feature is the bigger then king sized bed. Sooooo much room makes me want one at home but the girlfriend...

« Amazing House!! It has plenty of space for everybody. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook or bake a meal. And the most important thing is that it’s very close to downtown where all the lights and fun happens during Christmas. We had a fantastic time!! »

The hosts provided such thoughtful touches as water, snacks, and best of all, a nightlight in the bathroom! The community is lovely, and the pool area very relaxing. « Communication with the host was great, we were very close to the beach and had great access to get to the amphitheater. It’s very easy to get around and the location is perfect if you are staying on the beach. Very clean, linens smelled wonderful and I enjoyed the ease of getting in and out of the condo. »

« Super cute room. Amenities were close but not necessarily walkable. The beach was just steps away. We arrived late, the manager was very easy to work with for a late check in. The room was a little small for everything that we brought, but that is on us. I would absolutely stay here again. »
