« The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

« Host was very welcoming, house was well appointed, warm despite the frigid weather! Great location, we were able to find a grocery store within a 10 minute walk, lots of restaurants nearby. Capital One center was a chilly 25 minute walk, The Anthem was a quick 8 minute walk. On site off street parking a plus given the snow banks blocked half the street! All in alll a great stay, would choose to stay here again! »

« It was a decent property, just beat up. Not getting the upkeep necessary for it to be inviting. The property in general was smaller than the pictures on line. I am going to list the gliches we encountered staying there. - the designated parking spot is nice, if you have more than 1 car there is no street parking to be found.- the listing states an ice maker. There is no icemaker or even ice cube trays.- We had a full house and found the 4 cup mini coffee maker to be annoying. We were constantly...

« This home is great for enjoying Old Town Alexandria. It’s in the heart of Old Town, walking distance to bars, restaurants and the water. The courtyard is great for happy hour noshing and wine, before a yummy seafood dinner. The house is well equipped, uses a Kuerig so bring K Cups or CVS and Trader Joe’s are just around the corner. Also coffee and breakfast at Tatte is just steps out from the back driveway. DCA is 10-15 min Uber or taxi from the house. Enjoy the history of the area and GW’s...

« Rented this property for a family reunion for my husbands family to stay in (5 people). Provided a great location for them close to our home, where they could relax and have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very reasonable cost. Being close to Tim’s II restaurant was a great perk as we were able to have family dinner for 11 people there with no issues. I would definitely rent this place again. »

« I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the cabin. The owners were so thoughtful, thorough, clean, kind, and over the top accommodating.
